Pawling Middle School

Welcome students and families, as we begin the 2017-2018 school year. I am looking forward to getting to know you and your child and to working together to ensure a multilingual, multicultural education for your children. 

This year we will be not only developing our skills in English but also in our native languages. Students are encouraged to bring in and share elements from their culture to share with the class. We will be developing empathy and respect for other cultures throughout the course of the year. 

I am always available for extra help: during recess and after school. I am coaching volleyball, so I may be limited some days, but if your child is struggling I will reach out to them to seek extra help after school and I will make myself available. I would also emphasize that you and your children may reach out to me if your child would like extra support in my class and/or in any other academic class. I am here to support them through each academic course, and will be available any day for extra help.
